WEIGHT LOSS  We train with scientifically sound exercise methods that optimize caloric expenditure and fat burning through aerobic and anaerobic energy systems which also creates a post-exercise metabolism boost!  A training program combining appropriate intensity during your training sessions with easy to stick to nutritional guidelines ins the best way to get fit quickly.  You will be motivated every step of the way!

MUSCLE STRENGTH & MUSCLE BUILDING = BODY SHAPING  Resistance training programs are designed to appropriately activate the target muscle by applying the right exercise with the proper intensity for the client's goal.  We train to keep the muscles challenged using the correct structure of weigh loads, repetitions and recovery.  With correct training structure and proper muscle fiber recruitment patterns your muscles cannot help but to adapt to the demands by changing.

CORE STRENGTHENING Is training more than just your "Abs".  It's training the entire trunk of the body as related to the kinetic chain of movement patterns.  A strong core is key for healthy spinal alignment, posture, trunk stabilization, power for sports and injury prevention.  We use a variety of methods to condition the core including Kettle Bell techniques to recruit the highly important and often neglected transverse abdominal girdle.

CARDIOVASCULAR CONDITIONING  The heart and lungs work in tandem to provide oxygen to the body.  Interval training combined with steady state training allows us to apply the intensity necessary to condition the heart and lungs to work more efficiently with the least amount of stress to the entire body.  Interval training expends a high rate of calories and increases your "after burn" which is a continuous state of fat burning post-exercise.
